I've experienced brunch and dinner.The service and food are usually outstanding, however, our recent brunch experience was a bit off. We had reservations at 1:00. Please make sure you make a reservation. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server, JP, was professional. She brought water and took our order within the first 10 minutes of our visit.After our drinks were delivered we waited over an hour for Catfish & Grits and Steak & Eggs. No complimentary bread or apps were offered. The manager apologized for the delay. I admit the restaurant was PACKED so I tried to give some grace. The catfish & grits is a MUST order item. It was delicious. The steak & eggs were NOT good. The cut and cook on the steak made it tough. We ordered medium well, but it and the eggs were overcooked. Avoid the "breakfast" potatoes. These boiled red-skinned potatoes lacked seasoning and tasted old. We started to send it back but opted to not do so because of the long wait.Would I recommend Savoy?
