Saxophonist, Houston Patton is a rising star in the jazz community. Following in the footsteps of his father, Houston began playing the saxophone at a very young age. Under the mentorship and tutelage of saxophonists such as Harry Patton, Daryl Beebe, Jordan VanHemert, Wendell Harrison, and Andrew Bishop, Houston has explored many genres ranging from gospel to hard bop.

Patton often performs in various bands at a host of venues as a sideman and bandleader. Notably, Houston has performed at Cliff’s Bells, The Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe, The Blue Llama, and Minton’s Play House. Recently, Houston Patton released his first album as a Bandleader entitled “Here We Are” by Quintessential, now out on most streaming platforms.
