1. Eligibility:

This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of SAVOY restaurant, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:

The contest begins immediately and ends at 8pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 02/10/2025

3. How to Enter:

Contestants must text their email address to (720) 287-6592 to be entered into the drawing. Only (1) one entry per email address is allowed.

4. Prize:

Two (2) tickets to the SAVOY Pre-Valentine’s Day Wine Dinner.

The event will feature a full 5-course meal highlighting SAVOY favorites.

Winners will be contacted via email with further details.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the contest entry.

If the winner does not respond within 6 hours of the notification email, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Redemption:

The winner and their guest must arrive at the SAVOY restaurant by 7:00 PM EST on [insert event date] to redeem their dinner.

Failure to arrive by the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. General Conditions:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and to the decisions of SAVOY restaurant, which are final and binding.

8. Privacy:

By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting the winner.

9. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow SAVOY restaurant to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

SAVOY restaurant is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, network failures, or any other reason outside of its control.
